Project 2: Site analysis and User research for UX-Focused Campus Spatial Design

 The second project involves improving an area on campus. Since I frequently go to the smoking area and am familiar with it, I chose it as the focus of my optimization. The area is underdeveloped and, despite being the junction of three roads, is often overlooked. I began by conducting preliminary observations and analysis of the space, exploring its functions. I identified its strengths and weaknesses and summarized the changes in foot traffic and time based on my visits. This has allowed me to explore the potential development trends for the area.

The second part is the user survey, which I am conducting through both an online questionnaire and offline interviews to collect data. Afterward, I will create user personas and user journey maps based on the data trends I’ve gathered.
